Beginner's Yoga

Everybody and every body are different - in shape, strength, flexibility, mobility, height, weight, tension, energy level and ability at any given time. Our beginners/adaptive yoga class is a way to raise your awareness of all these variables. Only you know how it feels to be in your body.

 

Yoga asks you to 'start where you are'. This class will help you find where that is. 

 

Beginner's Yoga will adapt the instruction and practice of yoga to each body in a safe, comfortable, makes sense kind of way. Yoga can be accessible to everyone no matter where your body is at any moment. 

 

Join us Monday and Thursday at 6pm & Wednesdays at 9am
