Zen Den is the Valley’s premiere yoga and wellness center. We offer group and private yoga, mindfulness, and movement arts classes, along with a state of the art infrared sauna that offers chromotherapy and a HaloTherapy (Salt) booth.

2020 brought some real challenges and changes. We have closed our Athens location, and will be re-opening in Downtown Sayre.

Our new location will continue to offer Yoga & Pilates, but will add individual Infrared Sauna & Salt Therapy (Halo Booth), as well as other on-site wellness services.

About Zen Den...

Zen Den by Rural Yoga Tribe was born from my love of sharing wellness and the practice of Yoga.

For me, Yoga was never about being trendy, it's about growing and learning to be the best version of yourself.

I have been sharing that love here in the Valley since 2017.

Having moved to the Valley after living in major metros for the last 20 years, I know that practicing Yoga isn't necessarily different based on geography, but the space around us definitely impacts our practice.
