Do you have a lost and found? We do! All items will be dated, tagged and bagged (if they are small enough) and kept behind the check-in desk for 30 days. If they are not claimed, they will be donated (if appropriate) or disposed of.

Are late arrivals permitted?I sometimes feel like this is the most loaded question in all of yoga. Life can be stressful, we don't want being late to a class to add to that stress. We would like you to be here and on your mat 5 minutes prior to class starting. Life happens though. If you are running late, you are permitted to enter (quietly, being respectful of other students). Quietly make your way to an open space, closest to the point of entry to minimize any distraction to other students.
