What are your current COVID restrictions?
We are following the CDC's guidance, as well as adhering to reccomendations by the PA Department of Health.
Do you have yoga mats and other props to use on site?
Yes! We have mats and props (straps, blocks, wedges) that you may borrow. We disinfect them after each use in accordance with current safety protocols set forth by the Commonwealth of PA.
Do I need to sign-up before a class?
We reccomend that you sign up using our website or calling 570-731-0920 to make sure you have a spot in the class. We always welcome drop-ins if there is space.
I have a class package that expired or has unused classes from the prior location, can the expiration be extended?
If you purchased a class package between November 2019 and August 2020, we have a list of individuals with class packages that have unused classes on them. We are more than happy to allow you to use them now.
Do you have a lost and found?
We do! All items will be dated, tagged and bagged (if they are small enough) and kept behind the check-in desk for 30 days. If they are not claimed, they will be donated (if appropriate) or disposed of.
Are late arrivals permitted?
I sometimes feel like this is the most loaded question in all of yoga. Life can be stressful, we don't want being late to a class to add to that stress. We would like you to be here and on your mat 5 minutes prior to class starting. Life happens though. If you are running late, you are permitted to enter (quietly, being respectful of other students).
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have pre-registered for a class and do not call/email/cancel via the website at least one hour prior to the beginning of class, the class will be deducted from your membership or if you are dropping in, you will be charged for the class.
