How do I make an appointment?
You can schedule a sauna session online at our website or by calling 570-731-0920.
What should I wear in the sauna?

How long are the sessions?
How often should I use an infrared sauna?
We can discuss your health and wellness goals during your first visit (and throughout your package use). In most cases, we hope to see you no less than once a week, but in many instances, to create optimal results, 2-3 time per week might be most beneficial. Using an infrared sauna is a fantastic enhancement to any wellness routine.
Can more than one person use the sauna at a time?
Our sauna can accomodate two guests. When you book, please let us know that you are bringing a plus one. There is an additional charge of $10 for a second guest. Please note that we do require each guest to sign all necessary waivers.
What if I'm running late or need to cancel my scheduled session?
We ask that you cancel your appointment at least four (4) hours in advance of your scheduled session. No call, no show, and failure to cancel within four (4) hours for single session bookings will be counted as fulfilled. If clients with a package cancel outside of the requested notice or no show, a session will be deducted from you package.

We reccomend that anyone with implanted materials, prosthesis, or devices consult a physician before using the sauna.
What should I do during my sauna session?

You can bring a favorite book or magazine to enjoy or opt to use your time for mindfulness and meditation. We do reccomend that you leave your personal tech (tablets, phones, etc.) outside of the sauna during your session to prevent damage to the device.
