Sweet surrender into yogic sleep A quiet, non-heated candle lit room awaits you. This 75 minute class will consist of 45 minutes of yin yoga and 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Yin yoga is a meditative and slow approach to access the fascia and deep connective tissues. It’s a floor based class allowing you to show up just as you are. Learn to listen to your body, how something feels, letting gravity take you deeper while using props. Postures could be held for 3-5 minutes, releasing any tension or emotions. In a world of chronic exhaustion and over stimulation, Yoga Nidra is a method that is intended to induce full body relaxation, bringing about an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the physical body and mind. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind. Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated. This practice is for all levels of yogis. Bring whatever makes you feel comfortable and cozy, ready to dive deep into your own self, and surrender to a more rejuvenated you.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked days, weeks, or months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. - Less than 12 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
